1.1. ESP offers a refund to Clients who, for any reason, are not satisfied with the Service(s) provided, subject to the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy.
1.2. To be eligible for a refund, the Client must submit a refund request within the first 7 days of the Subscription’s activation, starting from the Effective Date. Refund requests received after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
3.3. If the refund request is approved, ESP will process the refund within 30 business days from the date of approval, using the same payment method the Client used to pay for the Subscription, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
4.1. Refunds are only available for Subscription fees paid for the Service(s) provided by ESP and do not cover any additional costs or expenses incurred by the Client in connection with the use of the Service(s), such as transaction fees or currency conversion fees.
4.3. ESP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke the Client’s eligibility for a refund if the Client abuses the Refund Policy or engages in any fraudulent activity, at ESP’s sole discretion.
5.1. The provision of a refund by ESP to the Client shall not constitute a waiver of any other rights or remedies ESP may have under these Terms and Conditions or applicable law, nor shall it be construed as an admission of liability or fault by ESP.
